Located in the heart of downtown Bainbridge Island, BPA is just steps from local shops, restaurants, and cultural sites, making it the perfect place to host your event or performance.

Our newly renovated spaces include the 219-seat Hodges Hall, the flexible 90-seat Cynthia Sears Studio, and a stunning two-story Lobby. Whether you need a full auditorium, a more intimate setting, a bright and open reception area, or a combination of all three, we have options to fit your needs. BPA also offers full technical support, front-of-house services, and optional marketing support to ensure your event is a success.

The Cynthia Sears Studio

This multi-purpose space is ideal for both seated and standing events. The studio comes equipped with theatrical lighting, sound, and AV projection equipment, along with access to our outdoor patio and lobby.
Capacity: up to 90 (unfixed chairs, flexible setup)
Pricing: $800 / 4-hour block ($400 for non-profits) with additional hours: $150 / hour ($75 for non-profits)
Hodges Hall

Our impressive auditorium features a large stage, full theatrical lighting, sound, and AV capabilities, along with a sensory access viewing space.
Capacity: 219 (fixed seating)
$1,000 / 4-hour block ($500 for non-profits)
Additional hours: $200 / hour ($100 for non-profits)
The Cavatina Lobby

This elegant, two-story lobby is perfect for receptions, gatherings, and more. It features a balcony and concession area, providing a welcoming and spacious atmosphere.
