Welcome

This year we’re honoring our patrons with an alluring season showcasing the heart-pounding Broadway musical Jekyll and Hyde, a new updated version of the Shakespeare classic As You Like It, the hilarious adult-comedy Anton In Show Business, and the beautifully moving Broadway hit The Secret Garden. We’ll also commemorate the 35th Anniversary season of the Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra with new Music Director David Upham, and the return of our Declassified chamber music series with an added element of visual multimedia involving local schools and film makers. Our Theatre School offers vibrant new programming with tributes to Sci-Fi, Hans Christian Andersen, and the Stage Musical; plus School Outreach including the new production 45 Million Years of Dinosaurs in 45 Minutes, and international programming, followed in the summer of 2008 with the new epic play Dragonsphere and a co-production with Bainbridge Dance Center of the Broadway hit Thoroughly Modern Millie. THE EDGE returns with monthly Improv comedy at its very best, and we’ll welcome top touring acts and performances featuring dance, music, and comedy throughout the year for a season bursting with entertainment.
