Where are you located?
BPA is located in the heart of Winslow, at 200 Madison Avenue North, directly behind City Hall.

Is there parking?
Parking is available in front and back of the facility. From 9:00 - 5:00 p.m. parking spaces are designated, and after 5:00 p.m. the entire lot is available to patrons in front and back.

Movie times?
We often get confused with the Lynnwood movie theater. Lynnwood’s number is 206.855.8173.

Do I have to buy a seat for my baby?
As we don’t allow babes in arms, all individuals are required to purchase a seat and the child must be able to sit on its own.

Can I buy tickets on line?
Currently tickets can be purchased over the phone through the box office at 206.842.8569 or in person. On line ticket sales are coming soon.

What is your ticket return policy?
All tickets sales are final. We will gladly exchange tickets based on availability for the same show.

Do you have ramp access?
A ramp is located on the North side of the front entrance, near the handicapped parking. ADA seating is available.

If I am accompanying an ADA person can I purchase the seat next to them?
Yes.

Who is eligible to receive discounted tickets?
Depending on the performance, BPA offers discounted tickets to the following: seniors (age 65 and older), students (those in college with a valid I.D.), youth (age 18 and younger), and military personnel. Ticket prices for each performance are listed on the web site or can be obtained by calling the box office at 206.842.8569.

Is your building within walking distance from the ferry?
After arrival at ferry terminal, walk along Winslow Way headed West. Turn right onto Ericksen Avenue. Walk one block and turn left into driveway at BPA sign. The walk takes approximately 10 minutes.
